Qwoted is a global professional network connecting media brands with PR experts and small businesses. We are looking for a Media Community Manager for our UK team.  This person will be helping people around the world tell their stories by revolutionizing the traditional media market with advanced tech and AI.  We are rapidly expanding and looking for the right person to support and grow our media user base in the UK. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of something amazing!

We are looking for a candidate with PR or media experience, who will use the Qwoted platform, along with our proven techniques, to build connections between the media and the sources they need. This hands-on approach to user support and engagement will greatly expand our reach in the UK market as more learn about the power of the Qwoted platform!  

Responsibilities will include:

• Broaden Qwoted’s global reach by providing support for members of the media and journalists in the UK

• Participate in Qwoted’s user engagement and building relationships with the user Community

• Business development outreach to media professionals to join Qwoted

• Engaging with curious media members to discuss the Qwoted product

• Interface with Qwoted’s current user community as well as proactive pitching to a potential customer base 

• Track and report on KPIs regularly to demonstrate that you are growing the market. 

The ideal candidate will have

• Mixture of experience in Sales, Customer Service and Media Relations

• Prior experience with journalism or public relations

• Proven track record of success in working directly with the media

• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to self-manage time and work independently

• Email Marketing experience is a plus

We are a fully flex company but due to the nature of this role, we are seeking candidates in the London area who can operate from our London office as needed (82 Great Suffolk Street)  Hours are Monday through Friday starting at 8 am GMT.
